As a clan, we try to have a minimal amount of ranks. However, we obviously need staff to run the clan as we cannot have all the members doing this. The Admins in our clan are players who have been here since day one. Administrative staff are the clan leaders. They make the behind the scenes decisions, manage the website and servers, clan funds, and more. The rest of the staff is one level down with less access. Server moderators are a minor form of the staff with some moderating capabilities and server admin access.

Everyone else is a Clan Member. These are the people that do the dirty work keeping our clan active and finding new recruits.
There is another category: Inactive. Inactive players are ones that just leave, putting us in the dark about where they are and if they are still with us. Inactive players could also be players who still visit the forums every so often but do not contribute much of anything or never play.

Section 7 - CLAN TAG

Clan tag need to be on all the time in all games and teamspeak, members who remove their tag will be counted as disrespecting the clan rules and the rest members and will lead to ban from the clan.

Article V - Gaming Rules

The server’s rules of operation must be followed from all the players in our sever, either a guest or clan members.
The rules can be found in the server’s forum. During the game the server will display a message to urge the players to read the rules and will mention where to find them.
The penalties for breaking the rules will vary depending on the offense. A minor breach of rules will be followed by a warning from the admin either by warning the offender alone, or in a general warning. A more serious breach of the rules or a repeated non-compliance with regulations will be followed by a “kick” from the game and then from ban. The above apply equally to guest players and clan members.
People who say bad words and / or insult others, and make advertise for other servers and / or clans, who say people to leave clan and / or server shall be punished with a warning first, and for repeated violation of the ban from the clan server and clan site.

Section 1 Cheating & Hacking
Cheating or hacking is NOT allowed in any case. Any player proved that he/she is cheating or hacking will be banned IMMEDIATELY from the server.
This ban is PERMANENT.
Right to ban somebody have the owners of the server and the admins, who can make use of this right at any time they judge that there has been a violation of the server rules.

Section 2 - Reporting Hackers
Is expected from everybody, either a clan member or a guest player or a fan player of the server to report any suspicious behavior BUT don’t jump to hasty conclusions about whether someone is cheating/hacking if you are not certain and have the relevant evidence.
Sometimes what you think cheating can be the result of other factors (for example the difference in ping or somebody’s skills).
The owners of the server or the admins have to check your accusation and you have to respect their decision on the issue. Some kind of cheating/hacking is difficult to be understood.
The check to ban in this case will be made by an authorized clan member(*), who has enough technical competence and experience to find out who is a cheater and who is a skilled player.
The ban authorization check can be provided by special test, filled with technical questions about game rules and cheating. His/her suggestion to ban does not tolerate the democratically vote, just because it is the product of technical research. The owners of the server or the admins are obligated to follow his/her suggestion to ban or not the accused player.

Section 3 - Punishment
Slanderous libel is punished with 10 days ban from the server. Accusations for a player in order to harm his reputation or ruin his game is considered slanderous libel .
Persistent accusations and disrespect of the opinion or the acts of the owners and the admins(after they have checked your accusations and given you an answer on the issue)is considered also slanderous libel. If there is still non compliance to the rule after the 10-day ban then the process of voting is activated in the forum for the permanent ban of the player.
The vote of active clan members has a major importance and is compulsory. Ban for improper behavior. This kind of ban can be applied with democratically vote.
Be polite to everybody! Respect your teammates and your opponents . If your being annoying to others then you will be warned and afterwards kicked from the game. If this behavior is permanent then is characterized improper and the above procedure is followed.
Ban for improper behavior can be applied temporary or permanently, after debate from those who vote.

Section 4 - Appealing Un-ban
procedure can be applied only once. No 3-rd chances can be tolerated, in spite of any reasons (father/younger brother/******/granny/cat/dog played with cheats on my PlayStation4! – is not an excuse). Un-ban can be applied only if all clan members decided to give the second chance and voted for it in the forum thread.
Create a profile before you connect in our server. Players with Nomad profiles are not excepted! Before you select a team check the number of players in each team and make a choice that keeps teams numbers balanced.

Section 5 - Clan Matches
Clan members prefer to play in the same team.
You might be asked in changing team to allow clan member to play with his/her clan team. Please, do what they ask. You might be rewarded for this in future. This rule is voluntary.
